While there are plenty of relics of humanity's collective thirst, terrible DM slides, the "·M·Y·P— Y·I· N·B·I·O·" trend on Twitter, and the entire existence of Grindr, it seems the old adage of “There Are Cathedrals Everywhere For Those With The Eyes To See” very much applies to our endless yearning.
Case in point: Statues. While we may keep our hands to ourselves in every facet of life, statues are a whole different game, a fact proven by the questionable fading on some of the world’s most iconic monuments.
From a line of Las Vegas showgirls shining where the sun doesn’t to everyone wanting a piece of Cristiano Ronaldo, here are several worn-down statues that prove we’re all down horrendous.
